| The Red Cow is a lively spot in the evenings. Besides hosting two darts teams and a pool team for the local leagues, the pub also boasts two netball teams, with landlady Casey Huntley holding the title of Netball Coach for Shepway District Council and playing for Folkestone. A pub football team is being organised as well. |
| For music lovers there are many nights, especially on bank holidays, featuring live bands and singers, karaoke, and other special events. In the summer special evenings are scheduled at least every two weeks. The pub organises wedding and birthday parties as well, and often sponsors local charities with various fundraising events. In the summertime the large garden is a popular place to spend the afternoon hours, with plenty of play space for the children. |  |
